The material is thick material. I’m 5’6, 180 lbs; I ordered a large because this was my first purchase and I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve gained a lot of weight and I’m beginning to get back into the gym. I felt empowered in this set. It’s feminine and the material is not restricting. The only con is that I could see the sweat on my , but I didn’t care once I warmed up.
